4. Data Storage and Location
4.1 Local Storage
All voice recordings are stored locally on your device by default. You have full control over your data:

- Delete recordings: Tap and delete, immediately removed
- Export recordings: Use the App’s export feature
- Back up recordings: Enable iCloud sync (optional)
4.2 iCloud Storage (Optional)
If you enable iCloud synchronization:
- Encryption: End-to-end encrypted using Apple’s encryption
- Apple’s Security: Protected by Apple’s iCloud security infrastructure
- Your Control: You can disable sync anytime; data remains on your device
- Automatic Deletion: If deleted from all devices and iCloud, your data is removed after 90 days
4.3 Server Infrastructure
We do NOT operate our own servers for recording storage. The App uses:
- Apple’s iCloud: For optional cloud synchronization (encrypted)
- On-device processing: Most operations happen locally on your device
- No third-party cloud services: We do not use AWS, Google Cloud, or other third-party services for storing your recordings
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
5.1 We Do NOT Share Your Data
We never sell, trade, or share your data with:

- Business Transfers - If EurekaVoice is sold or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner. You will receive notice of any such change.
